EGB Engineering Director Arnold Gad-Briggs to present at the 25th International Conference On Nuclear Engineering

EGB Engineering Director, Arnold Gad-Briggs will be presenting his research work at the 25th ICONE conference in Shanghai, China, which will be held on the 2nd – 6th July 2017. The presentation shall be based on 2 conference proceedings, which cover next generation (also known as Generation IV) nuclear power plants. The work, which is in collaboration with Cranfield University, focuses on the off-design performance of helium Brayton cycles for the Gas-cooled Fast Reactor (GFR) concept and Very-High Temperature Reactors (VHTR) concept. The ICONE conference is sponsored by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Japanese Society of Mechanical Engineers (JSME) and the Chinese Nuclear Society (CNS).
